The Crew of 3 LLC ("we," "us," "our"), doing business as The Crew of 3 (thecrewof3.com), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly: your name and email address when you sign up for our free Gluten-Free Travel Starter Kit, our Trip Planning Command Center, or any other opt-in. If you purchase a guide, your name, email, and payment information are collected directly by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for our digital guides, purchases are completed entirely on Gumroad’s platform, and we never see or store your payment details.
Automatically collected information: basic analytics about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type, referring site) via Squarespace’s built-in analytics, Google Analytics, which we currently use, and Pinterest’s conversion tracking tag, which is currently active on our site.
Cookies: our site uses cookies to remember preferences and understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well.
Affiliate link cookies: some links on our site are affiliate links (for example, through Viator, Klook, Stay22, TripAdvisor, and Amazon Associates). If you click one, the destination site may set its own cookie to track the referral. See our Affiliate Disclosure page for more detail.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. We encourage you to review their policies independently.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@thecrewof3.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
