Osaka was our final major stop, and it delivered some of our favorite food and neighborhood-wandering of the whole trip.

Where We Stayed
HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi — 3 nights, $409 total
We picked this hotel because of the location which was absolutely perfect. It's close to the busyness of Dotonbori Street, so it was easy to pop back in to drop off bags, rest, or just take a reset from all the craziness whenever we needed it. The library in the lobby was also a hit with Jackson, and for families, there are a lot of free rental items available too, including strollers.
What We Ate
Osaka Food: $251.09
Osaka tied Tokyo for our highest food spending of the trip - this city is genuinely famous for its food scene, and we ate accordingly and by accordingly I mean A LOT.
